RDS Design Services are based in Bingham but can work in any areas. We specialise in drawing services for all sorts of extensions and new build properties. We have over 35 years experience in the residential sector working for national house builders, small and medium house builders, local authorities and private architectural practices.

All plans are digitally drawn on CAD (Computer Aided Design).

We provide a free initial consultation where we discuss your project, aspirations and talk you through the whole process. We offer innovative solutions based on your requirements and budget. We can also recommend builders we have worked with to obtain suitable prices for your project.

We do not rush or pressure you and give you time to consider any changes to your project. We also manage the whole process for planning and building regulation submissions on your behalf. We also deal with structural engineers to obtain steel beam calculations should they be required for your project.

Our fees are competitive and we provide full quotations in writing after the initial consultation.
